1. Welcome New Charter Member. Welcome Kathy Sims, from The Enchanted Quilt in Wichita Falls, Texas!  We’re so glad you’ve chosen Mystery Five-0!

2. New Email Platform.  This is your FIRST email newsletter from our new website/email platform.  While we are still working on the web pages for the website launch for Mystery Five-0, we have officially moved to our own platform for email, our Newsletters, and most of the communication you'll get from us.
   
   We need your help!  To ensure you don’t miss any updates, please take a moment to whitelist this new email address in your system [email protected].
   
   We don’t want you to miss any of the important information that will be headed your way in the new year!

3. Charter Member Agreement.  It’s important for everyone to understand what they can expect and what is expected of them as we move toward the launch of our first mystery.  We’ve created the Charter Member Agreement to make sure everyone is clear on our common goals and responsibilities. 

Review and sign the Charter Member Agreement here.

Teresa will review the Charter Member Agreement in the upcoming Mystery Five-0 Q&A Call happening on December 23rd at 8 am Pacific/10AM Central/11 am Eastern time. 

Please review the Agreement and check the box to confirm your understanding, or, if you have questions, there is a box for that too!

4. Logos for Website.  Our next big advancement will be the unveiling of the new Mystery Five-0 website.  The site will be the place where quilters around the world can learn about upcoming mysteries and see the complete listing of participating retailers. 

We NEED your logo.  If you have not already done so, please email your logo to [email protected].  Also, please check your listing on the existing retailer web page at https://www.stitchintree.com/mystery-five-0-retailers.htm and let us know if there are any issues!

5. Watch your Snail Mail.  A very important package is heading your way after the holidays via the good old US Post Office, so keep an eye out! 

We’re hosting a “virtual” Reveal Party on January 12, 2025 at 5 pm Pacific/7pm Central/8 pm Eastern, and all of our Charter Members and Associate Members are invited to join us!

We'll be revealing the theme for the upcoming mysteries during our Charter year 25/26 and giving you important infomation on what you can start doing NOW to prepare for our Mystery launch.  The package you receive will contain instructions and clues to what will be revealed at the party, and how to prepare.
